Siding damage usually shows up alongside roof damage. Same storm, same hail, same insurance claim. When we walk an exterior after a storm, we’re looking at the whole thing, not just the roof. Siding that took hits gets documented and included in the claim the same way the roof does.

Outside of storm work, siding replacement is straightforward. Old vinyl cracks. Wood rots. Fiber cement holds up better than both but still needs to be installed correctly or it fails at the joints. We install what makes sense for the house and the climate, and we’ll tell you why we’re recommending it.
